POLICIES

As a professional NYS licensed therapist I am dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for my clients. My work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to change or cancel your appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. 

New Clients: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out a health intake form, and to discuss with me what you’d like to focus on. If you are late to your session,  I'll do my best to accommodate you for the time you have left without penalizing the following client. 

Pregnant Clients: Please specify that you are pregnant when booking, so I can set up to best accommodate you. If you are scheduling an appointment for your partner or a friend who is expecting, please notify me upon booking the reservation.

A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation. You will not be charged until the end of your session.

Due to the nature of my business, Massage In Brooklyn does not offer refunds for massage services or Gift Cards.  Gift Cards are non-transferrable and can not be shared.

I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Visa, and Mastercard.  I do not accept 3rd Party Vouchers.
